Dr Kieran Urquhart (Osteopath) graduated from Victoria University with both a Bachelor of Science and Master of Osteopathy degree with distinction, and has a great passion for Osteopathy. Utilising a holistic approach, Kieran takes pride in carefully listening to every patient, assessing and diagnosing the cause of pain, and develop a treatment and management plan for long lasting results.
Kieran grew up playing high-level sport, ranging from representing Victoria in multiple basketball National Championships, and playing for local football clubs. Lacing up his boots at Chirnside Park Football and Netball Club in the Eastern Football League, this season Kieran has been honoured with captaincy making him the youngest senior football captain to represent Chirnside Park.
From Kieran’s sporting background, he has developed a keen interest in treating and managing exercise-related musculoskeletal conditions. Additionally, Kieran loves treating neck and back pain, headaches, postural-related conditions, arthritis, knee and ankle complaints, and much more!
Kieran enjoys treating a diversity of patients that attend the clinic, ranging from children to elderly, office workers to tradies, and weekend warriors to elite athletes. Treatment techniques Kieran incorporates within his consults include soft-tissue massage, articulation, muscle energy techniques, manipulation, dry-needling, taping, exercise management, and other osteopathic techniques.
Away from the treatment room, Kieran loves to keep fit and healthy, and always supporting his beloved Richmond Tigers.
