Caitlin believes the best care starts with great conversation and takes the time to understand each patient to tailor her approach.

​Our Myotherapist, Caitlin, combines evidence-based techniques with a patient-first approach to help people move and feel better every day. She has valuable experience working with elite athletes and currently works with the Essendon Football Club AFL team. She’s also treated high-performing athletes across swimming, tennis, and ultra-endurance events.

 

While experienced in treating a broad range of musculoskeletal conditions, Caitlin has a particular interest in neck and upper back issues. She is skilled in a range of advanced soft tissue techniques including cupping, dry needling, myofascial release, and deep tissue massage.

 

Outside the clinic, Caitlin is always on the move. You’ll find her building strength and skills at CrossFit, playing tennis, riding dirt bikes in the hills, or wake surfing behind the boat on Lake Eildon. She loves a good chat, a good laugh, and connecting with everyone.
