Dr Chelsie Walker (Osteopath) graduated from Victoria University with Masters of Osteopathy. Chelsie’s passion for Osteopathy stemmed from growing up in a sporty and active household, and from her many visits to her local osteo due to her own injuries.
During her studies Chelsie undertook range of clinical placements, gaining valuable experience with a diverse range of patients and conditions. Chelsie spent two years as a Sports Trainer at the Eastern Ranges Football Club, providing her an opportunity to collaborate with elite health professionals, and develop hands-on skills in managing sporting injuries.
Chelsie is a compassionate and friendly osteopath, who applies an evidence-based and patient-specific approach to help her patients recover from pain and injury. She enjoys treating any area within the human body but has a keen interest in patients presenting with neck pain, headaches, and jaw dysfunctions.
Chelsie has completed further certifications in dry needling and myofascial cupping, and is trained in advanced dry needling and electro-dry needling techniques. She ultises a combination of manual therapy techniques in conjunction with exercise rehabilitation, lifestyle and ergonomic advice in her treatments.
In her spare time, you will find Chelsie walking her border collie puppy- Nala, spending time with her friends and family, and planning her next holiday.
